Ken Baker
President
I am married with 2 adult sons and proud grandfather to three grandsons...all Hawkeye fans. I am a lifetime banker and have always enjoyed immensely the one-on-one contact with the banking public. I am responsible for the overall management of Panora State Bank through the coordination of our experienced, people-oriented staff. Wherever assistance is needed, you'll find me greeting customers in the lobby, making loans, dealing with backroom accounting issues, waiting on people in the teller areas of the bank, planning, supervising, and managing the corporate part of our bank through the shareholders of the bank and our local Board of Directors.

Jerry Marso
Executive Vice President
I am married with a son ,a daughter and one grandchild. I have been in banking since 1973. I assist the President with the overall management of the bank as directed through policies established by the Board of Directors. This includes loans, operations, personnel, and investments. I also supervise the bank's lending activities and administer credit for agricultural, commercial, real estate and consumer loans. I enjoy working with customers and helping them with various financial endeavors.

Julie Dent-Zajicek
Vice President
I am married with two boys and have been with the Panora State Bank for 14 years. Banking has been my career since 1991. Working with customers to help them meet their financial goals is a very rewarding benefit of my job. My primary duties include mortgage and consumer loan originations, IRA establishment and administration, and investment services for individuals and businesses, including discount brokerage services.

Gladys K Willey
Assistant Vice President
I am married with 2 sons and 3 grandsons. I started my banking career in 1978. After moving back to the family farm in 1982, I joined the Panora State Bank staff in 1984. I have been involved in all aspects of banking. Currently I work with Certificates of Deposit, our debit card program, loans, as well as computer maintenance and compliance reports. On Saturdays you might even find me behind the teller counter. |

Page Arganbright
Administrative Assistant
My husband, Tom, and I have five children who keep us active. Most of my work at the bank is in the loan department. I have been with Panora State Bank since 1997 assisting the loan officers and processing the loans. I'm also involved in the bank's marketing department as well as assisting customers with new accounts and the many other services we provide. Currently I am involved in the planning of trips and tours for the FAN Club members. |

My husband, Dennis, and I have three daughters and two grandchildren. I have been with Panora State Bank since May of 2003 and have lived in the Panora area over 30 years. My duties include serving customers and helping them with all their banking needs. I also assist with the daily operations of the bank. I really enjoy working with the people in our community. |

Pam Beardsley
Head Teller
I have two children and am a native of Panora. I have worked for the bank since 1997. My main duty as head teller is to assist our customers with their transactions, either in person or by phone. I also assist in opening new accounts, debit/ATM card questions or concerns, along with numerous other behind-the-scenes duties. |

I am married with 3 children and 2 grandchildren...and not to be left out, 2 lab dogs! I have been with Panora State Bank since 1996. My duties include greeting customers as they enter the bank, directing them to the individual that can help them service their particular banking needs, answering the phones and working with customers on lock boxes and copying. I am a native of Panora and enjoy seeing the familiar faces of the area. |

Laura Kirk

I have a daughter and live in Panora. Previously I worked at Panora State Bank for 10 months, I rejoined the staff in May 2005 . As a teller, I assist customers with their various banking needs, from checking their account balances to depositing or transferring money into their accounts. |
